Our Board is responsible for setting our strategic direction, and has overall responsibility for our financial strength and our service performance, whilst ensuring that PCH achieves high standards and value for money. It’s a mixture of resident and independent members who bring a broad range of skills and experience with them. These include housing, finance, customer service, equality and risk management.
